Is the 60-day pilot really free?
Yes. Orbit OS software is free for 60 days with full Canopy Pro access — no matter which plan you choose. Hardware must be purchased or leased separately. At the end of the pilot, you pick a plan or return leased hardware with no penalty.
Can I change plans mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There is no fee to change plans.
Do hardware prices include installation?
Nexus Rail includes full installation. Verdant One and Pulse Canopy Grid include remote commissioning. On-site installation service is available at $1,800/day for any product.
What happens if a leased machine fails?
Leased hardware has a full swap-out guarantee. If a unit can't be repaired remotely within 48 hours, we ship a replacement at no charge. This applies to all leased products.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. 5+ machines: 8% hardware discount. 10+ machines: 14%. Enterprise bundle pricing is always custom scoped. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
