Get in touch

Let's talk about your farm.

Whether you're evaluating your first automated machine, planning a full greenhouse deployment, or exploring a partnership — we start every conversation with your crops and facility, not a product pitch.

What happens next

1
We respond within 1 business day

Every inquiry is reviewed by a deployment specialist, not a sales bot.

2
45-minute discovery call

We learn your crops, facility layout, current workflows, and automation goals before recommending anything.

3
Tailored system proposal

A product configuration specific to your facility, with honest ROI estimates based on comparable deployments.

4
60-day pilot with full support

Deploy with a Trupples specialist on-site for the first week. No commitment beyond the pilot period.

⏱ We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent hardware support on active deployments, use the support email included in your deployment documentation.

Pilot program

How the 60-day pilot works.

Our pilot is designed to deliver real operational data from your specific crops and facility — not a controlled demonstration environment.

📋

Site assessment & system map

Before any hardware ships, we survey your facility, map machine routes, identify climate control priorities, and confirm Orbit OS integration requirements.

🛠️

Deployment week

A Trupples specialist installs, configures, and calibrates hardware on-site. Orbit OS is configured with your specific crop varieties, target parameters, and notification preferences.

📊

60-day performance review

At day 60, we deliver a full operational report: resource savings, yield impact, machine utilization, and a recommendation for how to scale or adjust the system.

Pilot pricing Orbit OS software is free for 60 days (full Canopy Pro access). Hardware must be purchased or leased. No penalties for ending after the pilot period.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

What crops does Trupples support?
Orbit OS has built-in crop models for 140+ varieties across 12 families: berries, leafy greens, herbs, vine crops, root vegetables, brassicas, legumes, fruiting vegetables, seedlings, microgreens, cut flowers, and protected tree crops.
Can Trupples integrate with my existing systems?
Orbit OS connects to most major farm management platforms via REST API. We also support MQTT for third-party sensor hardware, and can export to ERP systems including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
Is on-site installation included?
Nexus Rail includes full installation. Verdant One and Pulse Canopy Grid include remote commissioning. A dedicated on-site installation service is available for any product at $1,800 per day.
What's the minimum deployment size?
There's no minimum. We work with single-greenhouse operations as well as 50+ hectare commercial farms. The Seedling plan is designed for 2-hectare pilots, and single-unit Verdant One deployments are supported.
Do you work with vertical farms or indoor growing?
Yes. Nexus Rail and Pulse Canopy Grid were originally designed for vertical and indoor environments. Orbit OS supports vertical farm workflows including multi-tier zone management and LED spectrum control per layer.
Is financing available for hardware?
Yes. All hardware is available on 24- or 36-month operating leases. We also work with agricultural finance partners for structured purchase financing. Talk to our sales team for options.
